Tire Markers work great

Tire paint pens

There is a learning curve, especially with smaller tires with smaller letters, but acetone with a q-tip makes it easier to clean it up for a sharper looking result. Patience is a must!

Nice bright white

It was pretty easy to use. Instructions are straight forward. I took my time doing them, just so i didn't have to worry about fixing mistakes. It is pretty forgiving, in case you do got outside the lines, so I definitely recommend it even if your new to this.
