Return and Refund Policy

For your protection, DipYourCar does not allow any hazardous paints or materials to be restocked or resold to future customers once they leave our facility. Please confirm your selections before completing checkout, as all Paint sales are final and not eligible for returns or refunds.

Final Sale items include but are not limited to:

• All Permanent Paints

• All Peelable Paints

• All Car Kits, Wheel Kits, Emblem Kits

• All OEM Paints and Touch Up Paints

• SATA Spray Guns

DipYourCar does offer a wide range of non-paint items, which can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

 

Items eligible for return must meet the following conditions:

• Products must be unused and in original condition

• Products must be returned in their unopened original packaging

• Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable

• Free gifts, gift cards, and clearance items are not eligible for return

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact DYC Customer Service within 30 days of delivery to be eligible for an order correction.

Returned Shipments

If a package is returned to us by the carrier due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or because the carrier was unable to deliver the package after the maximum delivery attempts (typically three attempts):

• The order will be held once it is returned to our facility.

• If the customer requests the package to be reshipped, the customer is responsible for paying the full cost of the reshipment shipping.

• Flat-rate shipping offers and free shipping promotions do not apply to reshipments.

If a shipment is refused by the recipient at the time of delivery:

• The package will be returned to our facility by the carrier.

• Once received and processed, the product subtotal (excluding shipping charges) will be issued as store credit.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Gift Certificates

Once Gift Certificates have been purchased, it is not possible to deactivate the gift code. Therefore, Gift Certificate sales are final and non-refundable.
