What Equipment Do I Need?
60+ gallon compressor w/ approximately 14 CFM.
RP Gravity Fed Gun with a 2.0mm or 2.5mm Tip Size
Application Guidelines
2.0 Fluid Tip:- Application Pressure: 18-20PSI. Apply one 50% wet coat allowing for 5 mins to flash followed by 8 further wet coats with adequate flash time as stated above.
2.5 Fluid Tip:- Application Pressure: 28-30 PSI. Apply one 50% wet coat allowing for 5 mins to flash followed by 4 further wet coats with adequate flash time as stated above.
Drying / Curing Time
20-30 mins between coats depending on ambient temps. Full Dry and ready for AutoFlex Gloss after 60 minutes at 70°F.
