Surface Prep
Prepare surface to spray:
- Make sure surface is clean of any dirt, debris, oils
- Scuff surface thoroughly with Scuff Pads until surface is uniformly dull and matte
- Clean off all sanding dust with dry microfiber towel or compressed air
- Wipe surface thoroughly with Isopropyl Alcohol
- Allow surface to fully dry
Spraying Luna One
- Shake can well for 45-60 seconds
- Spray distance should be 5-6 inches away from the surface
- Apply a light coat, approximately just 25-50% coverage
- Apply a medium coat, approximately 75% coverage
- Apply a wet coat, full coverage
Time Between Coats
- 55F – 70F, 6 minutes between coats
- 70F – 85F, 5 minutes between coats
- 85F+. 3 minutes between coats
