Shadow black Hyper dip
I've been using plasti dip for years, back when it came out for dipping things like plyer handles to insulate and other tools, then I started using it to black out emblems, door handles, grills ect, and had great results then Hyper dip came out and wow what a difference, stuff is awesome, easy to apply with a little bit of practice and with dip coat to keep it smooth and durable, haven't dipped a whole vehicle yet due to I don't have a garage or access to one but hope to in the near future, dip your car has everything you need to dip small jobs and big ones at reasonable prices, thanks Fonzie for coming out with a awesome product!
Easier the second time!
1st time: Misread directions, and it was miracle the Hyperdip shadow black lasted over a year. 2nd time: (Photos are raw, cloudy day, no editing) Comprehended directions on prep and layering. Absolutely stunning results. Added Hyperdip Gold to mix and just eyeballed the blend. Good enough for me. Added paint protection to high wear areas, both gloss and matte finishes. Used Dip Coat Ceramic Spray, per directions, which transformed the Hyperdip into such a smooth surface! Side note: I just noticed the battery on my e-mountain bike needs a touch up on the drive side. I now find touch ups quite easy to pull off with about 2 wet coats.
Hyperdip “Shadow Black”
First time user and watched many videos on YT for getting technique down. I sprayed three light coats with wheels laying flat on ground and went from their! Absolutely love the look and quality of dip is excellent! Bad thing now, four people I know want me to do their wheels lol!
Way Easier Than I Thought
Followed instructions and it came out perfectly on emblem blacking out. First time use and was able to do this very easily.
